We take non-refundable & non-transferable $50 (per henna artist per day) deposit during booking Travelling cost will be deducted to come to your place from it and remaining amount can be use in henna services on the day. Incase you are booking for 2 days I will take travelling fee for both days.

I do travel all over Melbourne $0.5/km or arrange pick and drop to use your deposit in henna services fully (minimum four-five people booking required for henna application in home services)

Change of dates after deposit is only possible if I am available on the other date I will try my best to accommodate you but if I have packed schedule it won’t be possible.

If you have sensitive skin or any skin issues let us know before hand so we can do patch test.

Incase if you want instant color please specify during booking so I can come with the instant ready made cones which gives color within 2-3 hours but its not recommended at all for sensitive skin clients since it contains few chemicals.

It is recommended to apply Natural Organic Henna two days before the main function for darker stain results.

As it takes 24 to 48 hours to reach the maximum stain after removal.

20-22 simple strip henna designs which flow to one finger (arabic design) can be completed in one hour in guest henna services.

We have four guests henna albums as well we can bring it, your guests can select from it if you want your guests to choose any designs if there are no budget issues.

Incase people are taking time in transition or removing their jewellery or settling down in hourly services we may not be able to do 20-22 hands in one hour.

Please note we are not responsible if the guests are taking time in transition or if they are taking time in removing bangles or selecting designs from guests albums in this situation we can’t help, we can just ask simply to come fast please or select before your turn.

Please note if you are on a limited budget let us know or discuss on call before date because on the day if your guests ask to make any specific design from phone or wants to do 2-4 sides we may not be able to say No, we will do and it will increase the time so the hourly time and payment both will increase, (but you can restrict us before the day to strictly do one hand one side or two sides each person or just do freestyle henna designs don’t give them options from guests album designs, say no to copying any designing from guests phone etc).

If there are more than 20 people or if there are family members henna who wants heavy designs on 2-4 sides per person its gonna take time, I have henna partner, I can ask her to come if incase you want to book two henna artists (please note she will take separate per hour cost or per hand cost whatever you choose during booking and travelling cost as well ($0.5/km)).

If I am coming to you, Please provide proper seating arrangement for henna services(like one hard trestle table or we can use dining table and 2 chairs) one old towel to cover one cushion or area to avoid stains on your table and some tissues (improper seating arrangements will make the negative impact specially on outcome of bridal henna).

My rates are fix please it’s a humble request don’t ask for discount on the day.

I bring my own henna material, if you want henna table decoration let me know I will bring it if someone asks for it.

If you want formal invoice or email hennaartistmelbourne@gmail.com just let me know before date (valid only for bridal or guest/family henna more than 2 hrs), if incase the henna services time increases or decreases on the day the amount will change as well.

Please arrange aftercare things for dark stain henna if you choose Natural Organic henna
1. Sugar and fresh lemon juice mixture to apply after henna dries.
2. Cloves to take steam atleast 2-3 times.
3. Vaporub vicks for aftercare apply it and wear socks over it before sleeping.
4. Any Oil and butter knife to scrape it.

Natural henna aftercare

Please apply sugar lemon mixture using cotton ball once it dries. Take some cloves in a pan and on low flame take dry steam. Roast your hands over it for 10 mins.
After 4-5 hrs apply any oil over your henna scrape it with butter knife and Apply vaporub vicks and wear stockings or socks over it.

The henna stain colour vary body to body so keep your body warm and toasted. Stain is usually dark in the palm than upper hands because of blood circulation so its better to do aftercare properly and don’t scrape it before 2-3 hrs to achieve best stain results.

Please bring cash for payment. PLEASE NOTE: If you dont have cash I’ll charge $2 extra in payid or taking amount in my account (tax surcharge).

If you have any specific budget like $10-15 or $20/side of hand just let us know we will apply henna accordingly. Don’t argue about pricing afterwards please. Please note charges will be according to the length and intricacy of the design if you have any specific budget just let us know we can do application accordingly.

• Instant Black non-chemical henna
• Red dye henna
• Instant Red non-chemical henna
• Natural Red henna (fully organic no chemicals)

Glitter henna and white henna is only available on request please inform during booking of appointments

Please bring reference designs if you want any specific designing.
For the black dye henna please choose design wisely which has gaps because black dye henna spreads after it gets dry that’s why we will try our best to make big flowers to avoid smudging.

If you still want small pattern (more close floral designs like indian) just go for red henna please choose wisely.
We are not responsible for smudgy hands blotchy designing if you still choose small designing with black dye henna

Do not remove or peel your black dye or instant red henna before 1.5-2 hours as it takes atleast 1.5 hours to give proper stain. If you wash it in 1 hr it lasts only 5-7 days and if you peel it off in 2 hours it lasts 2 weeks (or even more it depends on aftercare).

You don’t need to apply oil on instant red henna or instant non-chemical black henna after peel off (sometimes it can wipe off the henna as its only on your upper layer of skin).

But its safe to apply olive oil to moisturise your hands after peeling off black dye henna.

Don’t Peel off your black henna here in my rent house as it stains walls and floor badly. If in hurry Just ask for plastic bag and butter knife to scrape it.

Please use washroom before henna application I do not allow the use of washroom after black dye or instant red henna application as it stains badly.

If you want to wash your henna you can use tap outside the house.

Please note if you are allergic to black dye henna please inform us before your appointment we can do patch test or we can go with instant non-chemical black henna that lasts upto 4-5 days or Natural black jagua henna that lasts upto 3 weeks.
Please note Jagua will cost you $5 extra each hand.

Please apply Jagua or Natural Red henna two days prior to your event for best stain results.

On festive days (Eid, Karwachauth, Diwali) we take payments before application of henna, for price estimation just show us reference design first and specify the length as well.
On Eid days or festival days please be patient and wait for your turn there will be waiting 15-30 mins we are trying our best to deliver good quality designing to everyone
On festive days I do hands only I don’t do feet henna if its crowded.
On Festive days we take $10 deposit to book your slot (remaining amount will be taken in cash) to avoid last minute cancellations (we usually take client by appointments only I don’t allow walk-ins I don’t want a huge crowd sitting and waiting for their turn for henna)

I do provide freestyle karwachauth henna package for 4 sides designing 1 inch above wrist or till half hands if you have any specific budget. You can ask for it during booking, if you don’t like that designing let us know during application time we can’t do anything after its done.

During festival time, I do not tolerate any type of misbehaviour or use of bad words about my staff to my other clients, you can simply leave.

Please note the following prior to proceeding for home studio bookings:

• A non-refundable or non-transferable 10% deposit for all appointments is required to be made online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted off your service price on the day of your appointment.
• In case we have to change your appointment due to illness or personal reasons, we will make every effort to accommodate you in the next available slot. If you are unable to make it during that time, any deposits made will be retained for up to two weeks. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited.
• You must inform us of any cancellation by giving us more than 48hrs notice any less than 48hrs your deposit will be forfeited.
• A confirmation email will be sent 24h prior to your appointment with our address and details of your appointment (if you do not recieve this please dm me on Instagram or text on my number).
